This work was developed during my MA at Arts University Plymouth, where I focused on experimenting with using unwanted broken and discarded ceramics as raw materials to create artworks.. Ceramics is not a material usually associated with artistic reuse, and sustainability and reuse of unwanted, old, broken and discarded objects is at the heart of my practise.
My work is playful and fun (as is my creative process!) with a narrative feel, and you may even recognise some of the ceramics from your own life experiences. I hope you will enjoy my work and be encouraged to think about the creative possibilities contained within what you discard.
